Want to make a switch to organic beauty? A lip balm is the easiest swap to start with. And one of the best organic lip balms in the market right now is the Juicy Chemistry Blood Orange and Rosehip Lip Balm.
Since I have chapped lips, I can’t just use random lip balms. So this certified organic lip balm form Juicy chemistry has been on my wishlist.
And apart from moisturizing your lips, it claims to reduce pigmentation as well. So I had to try it out and share mine experience with you guys.
Nourish your parched lips instantly with our hydrating lip butter! Blood Orange provides intense nourishment; revealing soft and smooth lips.
Anti-oxidant and fatty acid-rich Rosehip helps reverse pigmentation and prevents the breakdown of the cell membrane of lips caused by the use of harsh lip products.
Moisturizing oils of Avocado and Almond in this butter provides complete lip treatment to fight dry and chapped lips.

My Experience Using Juicy Chemistry Blood Orange & Rosehip Lip Balm:
I started using this lip balm when my lips were chapped already. And within a day, they became soft again. So I was blown away by its performance right away.
The lip balm also had a citrusy scent that smelled like fresh oranges. So it was a treat to use it in my routine. After a month of opening the jar, the strong scent has subsided it on the milder side.
So if even if you are not a fan of the strong fragrance, you may go ahead with it. The jar is extremely cute and sturdy too. I accidentally dropped it from my hands once yet it didn’t break making it travel-friendly.
The texture of this Juicy Chemistry lip balm is extremely buttery yet doesn’t feel heavy on lips. It glides effortlessly and you can wear it under your lipstick. It might also works as a clear, moisturizing lip gloss if you apply a thick layer.
I apply this before going to bed and it keeps my lip soft and moisturized the entire day. So its moisturizing effect is definitely long-lasting.
Coming down to the depigmentation part- my lips have been pigmented since birth. So no lip balm is going to fix that. But yes, it does make my lips look brighter and bit pinker.
So if you have dull, chapped lips, the Juicy Chemistry Blood Orange and Rosehip Lip balm is definitely a wonderful option to include in your lip care routine.
