This lip balm is also one of the most affordable of all organic and zero waste lip care options in India. But does it perform well though? Read on to find out.

My Experience Using Raw Beauty Lip Lock Lip Balm:
I usually don’t go for lip balms that are sold in the jars. But the economical price and the fact that it is a zero-waste option made me buy it.
Also, I have been looking for a natural tinted lip balm and there are limited options available in India. This Raw Beauty lip balm has the hardest consistency of all the lip balms I have ever tried.
It takes a few seconds for it to warm up against the fingers and allow me to scoop some out. It glides easily on the lips and doesn’t look glossy. If you want a semi-matte lip balm to wear under lipstick, this would be a good choice for it.
The lip balm has helped keep my lips moisturized and avoid chapping. It lasts all day long and can survive drinks and light snacks too.
Coming down to the main reason behind purchasing this lip balm-the tint. Sadly, the peachy tint that is promised doesn’t show up on my dark, pigmented lips at all.
The reason being they haven’t used any synthetic dyes or mica to keep the formula all-natural which I applaud. So unless you have light-coloured lips, don’t have high hopes on the tint factor.
But I have noticed my lips look a bit pinker after using the lip balm. So that is definitely a god sign even though the effect is temporary.
On the downside, the lip balm turned a bit grainy after finishing like 50-60% of it. So application becomes a little difficult but it moisturizes your lips nevertheless.
- All-natural formula with organic ingredients
- Sustainable packaging
- Economically priced
- Moisturizes well
- No artificial fragrance or dyes
- A single jar will last really long
- The tint doesn’t show up on dark lips.
Final Thoughts on Raw Beauty Lip Lock Lip Balm:
Most lip balms in the market are priced from Rs. 200 onwards for 4-5 grams. So with a price tag of Rs. 350 for 20 grams, Raw Beauty Lip Lock is the most affordable organic lip balm in India.
It moisturizes the lips well and arrives in sustainable packaging too. Are you excited to try this one out?
