My Experience Using Simple Refreshing Face Wash:
This facewash is water-based and has a gel-like consistency. It is a clear liquid gel face wash without any colours and fragrances which makes it a good choice for all skin types.
You need to squeeze a small quantity from the tube and massage it between the palm to foam it. It creates a decent amount of lather to spread across the face and neck to facilitate the massage.
After massaging it for atleast 30 seconds, I rinse it out with water and pat my skin dry. There is no stretchy feel or tightness on the skin- a sign that the cleanser is gentle on the skin.
It manages to remove excess oil and dirt without drying out my skin. Even during winters when my skin is drier than usual, it doesn’t make my skin feel dehydrated and leaves it supple and fresh.
So the Simple facewash will indeed be suitable for people with all skin types. It even manages to remove light makeup but an oil cleanser is needed for water-proof makeup.
Since it is gentle on the skin, I can use it in morning and evening skincare routines without risking irritation or dryness. The 150 ml bottle will last 3-4 months when used twice a day making it a good budget buy.
The Simple refreshing face wash is also available in a smaller 50ml size that is travel-friendly. You can buy that to see how the facewash works for your skin before you invest in the 150ml size.
