Ozone Signature Hand and Body Lotion Review

This winter I picked up the Ozone Signature body lotion from Sublime Life to protect my skin from dryness. I wanted to experience shopping with Sublime Life and try out a product from Ozone Signature- an Ayurveda inspired brand which has been on my radar for a while.

If you have been on the search for a body lotion that doesn’t just moisturize your skin but also helps you smell and feel good, I think I have found just the product for you.

An ultra-moisturizing hand lotion that instantly hydrates and revitalizes the skin, leaving it soft and smooth. Shea butter, almond oil and vitamin E help nourish, protect and provide intense moisture while pure lavender essential oil soothes and calms the skin.

About the Product:

The body lotion comes in a tinted glass bottle with a pump dispenser. It has a thick, creamy consistency and has a mild floral aroma.

Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Isoamyl Laurate, Emulsifying Wax, Glycerin, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, Aloe vera Leaf Juice, Saccharide Isomerate, Sorbitan Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopherol, Licorice Extract, Lavender Oil, Geranium Flower Oil, Allantoin, Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Gluconate

Directions to Use:

Apply onto hands after wash, or apply any time when skin feels dry or dehydrated.

My Experience Using Ozone Signature Hand and Body Lotion:

To start with, the packaging of the body lotion was really good and the glass bottle adds a premium touch to it. The pump-style dispenser is also easy to work with and dispenses the right amount of lotion.

The lotion has a thick creamy consistency but spreads rather easily into the skin. Within a few seconds, it blends into the skin completely leaving no stickiness behind.

The lotion worked really well at keeping moisturized all day during peak winters. My hands and feet tend to dry out and form white patches due to cold. 

But the moisturizer was able to handle that pretty well.

It never caused me any itching or irritation and can work well as a hand cream too since it doesn’t feel greasy at all despite its thick consistency.

But the best thing about lotion is its beautiful floral scent from geranium and lavender oil. It doesn’t stay for long or bother your nose. It has just the right amount of aroma to give you a pleasant experience while using it.

In fact, I think I would easily use this during the humid Mumbai summers too just for the soothing aroma. 

Overall, while body lotion is priced affordably, its texture, aroma and packaging are wonderful as well. And it has some good humectants like aloe, glycerin, and saccharide isomerate to keep your skin hydrated and nourished through the winter.
