Naturma Keep It Secret Lip balm Mixed Fruit Review

Naturma lip balm Review
Last month,  I ran out of my favourite Maybelline Baby Lips Balm.  Of all the lip balms I have tried, it was the only one that worked on my chapped lips. But it had petrolatum as an ingredient so I had to let it go(read here why). So I picked up this organic Naturma lip balm called Keep it Secret Lip balm and here’s my review on it.
Product claims:
Quench dry or sore lips with this luscious moisturizing lip balm with a tint of colour. Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter provide soft lubrication, while cruelty-free Bees Wax locks in moisture and protects from environmental elements. Add a touch of joy to your day with this delicious fruity delight on your lips.
Price: Rs. 285 for 8gms. I got it for Rs. 225 here.
Availability: Online only. 3 other variants available (Rose, Green Apple, Strawberry)
Shelf life: 18 months

My Experience using Naturma Lip Balm:
The Naturma lip balm comes in a sturdy plastic jar and has 8 gms of product which is quite affordable for the price (Maybelline Baby Lips retails at Rs. 180 for 4gms). It is a non-tinted lip balm with a fruity fragrance to it. The lip balm glides on smoothly on lips and does not feel heavy at all. It stays on for 4-5 hours easily without meals. Post meals, you may have to reapply it but it’s not necessary.
Naturma lip balm Review
The Naturma lip balm moisturizes very well and keeps the lips soft for the entire day even after it wears off. I have chapped lips throughout the year, and hence cannot skip lip balm for even a day, and have to reapply them throughout the day. Maybelline Baby Lips is the only lip balm that keeps my lips moisturized for the entire day and I am happy to see the Naturma Lip Balm perform equally well. You can wear this under matte lipsticks to prevent dry lips. The only downside for me is the jar packaging since I prefer lip balm in stick form.

Final Thoughts:
Naturma lip balm is great to heal and soothe your lips at bedtime. If they add some sunscreen, it would be the perfect value for money lip balm. I  won’t repurchase this solely because I don’t like sticking my finger in the tub everytime to apply it. But if you are okay with it, buy it and it won’t disappoint you.
