Fiducia Botanicals Daily Brightening Concentrate Review
Last Updated on April 2, 2024
Fiducia Botanicals Daily Brightening Concentrate is a rare find in India’s clean beauty market. Never before has a clean beauty brand in India come up with so many high-performance soothing ingredients in a water-based serum.
So naturally, I was intrigued by this product. I have been working on my acne scars for a few months now and thought it would the perfect time to see if this serum actually works on fading hyperpigmentation.
I picked it up during a sale in August and have been using it religiously for the past 3 months. After using up almost 90% of the serum and ready to share my experience, you guys.
Product Claims of Fiducia Botanicals Brightening Concentrate:
This gel-based concentrate is made with soothing rose hydrosol, aloe vera, and allantoin to improve skin texture remarkably within weeks. With high-performance active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, d panthenol, niacinamide, seabuckthorn extract and alpha arbutin, it will brighten your skin tone, fade away dark spots and hyperpigmentation and provide complete skin hydration with daily usage.
About the Product:
The Fiducia Botanicals Daily brightening Concentrate comes in an opaque black glass bottle with a pump-style dispenser.
The serum is transparent and not too runny. The fragrance is very mild and doesn’t linger around.
Price: Rs. 1175 for 30ml
Shelf life: 6 months
Ingredients:
Rosa Damascena ( Rose Otto) Flower distillate, Aqua, Niacinamide, Glycerine, Hippophae Rhamnoides ( Sea Buckthorn) fruit juice, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate, Calcium Gluconate, D Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Alpha-Arbutin, Allantoin, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice.
My Experience Using Fiducia Botanicals Brightening Concentrate :
I started using the Fiducia Botanicals Daily brightening Concentrate every night after cleansing and toning my face with witch hazel water. I took a single pump and spread it across my face in a slightly patting motion.
Since this is an oil-free formulation, it doesn’t feel heavy at all on the skin. It sinks in pretty easily and leaves no shine behind.
The serum is definitely good at hydrating the skin as it has humectants like hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, glycerin and panthenol. For my oily skin, there is no need to follow up with a separate moisturizer.
The serum can feel a bit sticky if I use more than one pump. Also, the product tends to build up in the nozzle. So I had to clean up the dried residue every few weeks or it blocks the nozzle completely.
When it comes to reducing hyperpigmentation, I haven’t seen much difference. While it does help in reducing redness from PIE, it isn’t helpful in fading the brown scars-both old and new.
Clearly, I would probably have to use it for a much longer period since acne scars take their own sweet time to go away. But I found rosehip oil to be more effective in lightening new scars.
