As far as physical scrubs go, a lot of them tend to have exfoliants that are either too harsh on skin or too soft to work. But Fiducia Botanicals Calendula and Goatmilk Brightening Exfoliator is not one of them.
In fact, it has rave reviews from users as well as influencers since it is made with just 5 simple ingredients yet high-performance ingredients. But does it actually help brighten the skin as claimed? Find out in my detailed review.
This gentle daily exfoliating powder cleanser is made with five potent ingredients that are packed with nutrition for your skin. It instantly adds glow and brightens skin, Fades tanning and any dark spots or scars, gently exfoliates getting rid of dead skin cells and evens out skin tone and texture

Directions to use:
Activate with water/ milk / curd / any hydrosol and apply it for 5-10 minutes and rinse away while gently exfoliating your skin.
My Experience Using Fiducia Botanicals Brightening Exfoliator:
I originally bought this for my sister who has dry skin but couldn’t resist using it myself. I take about half a spoon of this and mix it with water or a hydrosol. As instructed in the directions, I let the paste sit on my skin for 5-10 minutes before scrubbing it off gently.
I have also used it along with curd a couple of times. But I find it helps exfoliate and control oiliness better when used with water/hydrosol. So if have oily, acne-prone skin too, I would recommend avoiding curd.
But if you do have combination or dry skin, mixing with curd would work better since it helps hydrates the skin.
The key exfoliant in this scrub is the dried calendula petals which buff away dead skin cells surprisingly well. My skin feels baby soft and smooth thanks to the gentle yet effective exfoliation of calendula petals as well as goat milk powder(a natural source of AHAs).
Meanwhile, it also imparts a beautiful glow to the face due to turmeric and oats that brighten and nourish the skin. They are also a good source for antioxidants that help protect the skin from sun damage.
Lastly, the mineral-rich rhassoul clay helps deep cleanse the pores and control oil secretion. I use this Calendula and Goatmilk exfoliator from Fiducia Botanicals as a facial before special events and it definitely helps my skin look more even-toned and radiant.
I haven’t seen much reduction in acne scars yet but the brightening effect does help minimize their appearance temporarily. And I have no doubt it will help remove sun tan too as claimed.
This Fiducia Botanicals Brightening Exfoliator also works well as a face mask. So if you want to simplify your skincare routine, just use this product 1-2 times a week as instructed and you will be sorted. It will clenase, exfoliate, detoxify and nourish your skin at the same time.
