After the recent Neutrogena debacle, I became skeptical about using other moisturizers that promise to be good for oily skin. That’s when I came across the Aroma Magic Juniper Berry moisturizer. It looked watery and lightweight and hence I decided to give it a try.
Last month, I ran out of my favourite Maybelline Baby Lips Balm. Of all the lip balms I have tried, it was the only one that worked on my chapped lips. But it had petrolatum as an ingredient so I had to let it go(read here why). So I picked up this organic Naturma lip balm called Keep it Secret Lip balm and here’s my review on it.
Ever since I started a skincare regimen for my oily skin, the biggest challenge has been finding the perfect moisturizer. Without a moisturizer, my skin becomes greasy and shiny within an hour of washing my face. So over the years, I have read several blogs in hopes of finding a product that will keep my face matte and is affordable too. And almost every blog listed the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer SPF 15 as the best moisturizer so I decided to finally give it a try.
We are all familiar with the numerous benefits of aloe vera on skin and hair. But I also thought it wouldn’t suffice my oily skin needs. But while I was looking for a good night cream, I found some people were using aloe vera at night for oily skin and saw some great results.
So I decided to try it too. I am currently using Bon organics Aloe vera gel and here’s my complete experience using it.
